ADHD coaching at Soulmoon offers a warm, supportive, and practical space for adults who want to better understand themselves and find ways of living that truly work for them.

My approach is open, honest, friendly, and non-judgemental. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and accepted for who they are. Whether you are newly diagnosed, awaiting assessment, late-diagnosed, or simply exploring neurodivergence, you’ll be welcomed and supported.

Your sessions may include exploring patterns, building confidence, developing routines, managing overwhelm, strengthening emotional regulation, and working towards personal goals — always at your pace and in a way that feels realistic and compassionate.

I understand first-hand how exhausting it can be to spend years feeling “different”, misunderstood, or hard on yourself. Having received my own late diagnosis, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience into my work. This allows me to offer genuine empathy, insight, and encouragement.

At Soulmoon, there is no pressure to be “fixed” or to fit into a mould. Instead, we focus on understanding your unique strengths, challenges, and values, and creating supportive strategies that honour how your mind works.

Experiencing ADHD coaching with me is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you. Together, we will work towards greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust — helping you move forward in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable.

ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is for adults who experience difficulties including the following…

  • Focus

  • Organisation

  • Motivation

  • Time management

  • Self-sabotage

  • Emotional dysregulation

  • Self-esteem

  • Procrastination

  • Overwhelm

It is suitable for individuals who are awaiting assessment, newly diagnosed, late-diagnosed, or who recognise ADHD traits in themselves and would like support in understanding and managing them.

Many clients come to coaching feeling frustrated, exhausted, or self-critical after years of trying to “fit in” or meet expectations that do not match how their brain works.

Through ADHD coaching, clients are supported to:

  • Develop practical strategies that suit their individual needs

  • Build self-understanding and self-compassion

  • Improve confidence and emotional wellbeing

  • Create routines and systems that feel achievable

  • Work towards personal and professional goals

Coaching is always tailored, collaborative, and respectful of each client’s unique experiences and strengths.
