Counselling sessions at Soulmoon offer a safe, supportive space where you can share openly about whatever is on your mind, without fear of judgement.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally exhausting. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, ADHD, relationships, addiction, low self-esteem, or simply feeling lost or unsure of yourself. Counselling provides the opportunity to explore these experiences at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.

My approach is open, honest, and compassionate. As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and supporting you in finding your own way forward.

At Soulmoon, you will be met with acceptance, understanding, and genuine care. Many clients tell me that having a space where they can be truly heard and understood brings relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of self-confidence.

I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD or AuDHD, whether diagnosed, awaiting assessment, or self-identified. I understand how exhausting it can be to spend years feeling misunderstood or hard on yourself.

Counselling can help you develop greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and compassion for yourself. Sometimes, simply having space to talk can be the first step towards change.

Areas I work with include:

  • Anxiety and overwhelm

  • ADHD and neurodivergence

  • Low mood or depression

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Life transitions

  • Feeling stuck, lost, or emotionally exhausted

Counselling

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place in a calm, private therapy room based in Woodlesford, Leeds.

Our work together is guided by you. Some sessions may involve exploring emotions, past experiences, or current challenges. Other times, it may simply be about having space to talk and be heard.

There is no pressure, no expectation, and no “right or wrong” way to use your sessions.

Starting your counselling journey can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out.

My aim is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to understand yourself at a deeper level, helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
